The National Volunteer Corps (NVC) is committed to empowering young graduates by placing them in meaningful volunteer positions across Lesotho.

Our recruitment process is designed to be fair, inclusive, and aligned with the national development agenda. If you're a graduate between the ages of 18 and 35, this is your opportunity to gain valuable work experience while making a positive impact in communities.

Who Can Apply?
Recruitment Process

The NVC is looking for motivated, passionate, and responsible graduates who are ready to serve. To be eligible, applicants must:

Be a Mosotho citizen between the ages of 18 to 35 years
Hold a diploma or degree from a recognized institution
Be unemployed at the time of application
Show a strong commitment to personal and national development

Our recruitment process ensures transparency and equal opportunity for all candidates. Here’s how it works:

Complete the online application form and upload the required documents (ID, certificates, CV, etc.).
Applications are reviewed based on eligibility criteria (Check Application Portal)
Successful candidates are matched with Host Organizations and undergo orientation before deployment.
